Express Roll Past Havoc 8–1 in Dominant Road Win

HUDSON, Wis. — The Northwest Express turned in a commanding performance Thursday night, skating to an 8–1 victory over the Hudson Havoc at the Hudson Sports and Civic Center.

PERIOD 1:
The Express wasted little time setting the tone, opening the scoring late in the first period. #28 Jacob Alexander got the visitors on the board at 19:40 of the first, finishing a play set up by #29 Nicholas Skiadas and #19 Brody Anderson. Just over two minutes later, the Express struck again when #12 Preston Lundbohm scored at 17:27, assisted by #8 Bryce Millington, giving Northwest a 2–0 lead after one period.

PERIOD 2:
Northwest extended the advantage early in the second with a power-play goal at 1:00, as #61 Alexander Musyakevych found the net with assists from #15 Caeleb Burch and #91 Ethan Bellamy. The Express continued to control play, adding another goal at 13:18 of the second from #8 Bryce Millington, assisted by #12 Lundbohm and #15 Burch, pushing the lead to 4–0.

PERIOD 3:
The third period turned into an offensive showcase for Northwest. Millington added his second of the night at 16:19, again assisted by #15 Burch and #12 Lundbohm, before scoring once more just 20 seconds later at 15:59, this time with helpers from #12 Lundbohm and #27 Eli Underhill.
The Express weren’t done. #9 Alex Themmes scored at 5:02, assisted by #18 Zachary Halling, and #15 Caeleb Burch capped the scoring at 3:14, finishing a play set up by #12 Lundbohm and #6 Dalton Slama.

Hudson’s lone goal came early in the first period at 19:02, scored by #19 Brody Anderson with assists from #11 Nicholas Constantine and #16 Nikolas Matuszewski.

Northwest goaltending (#30 Filip Kaczmarczyk) was steady throughout, limiting Hudson’s chances and preserving the lopsided margin as the Express skated off with an emphatic 8–1 road win.
